IP address and mask/prefix incompatible for '%s.%s'
Description
The IP address used is not valid. The reason can be
for the type NET, IP address with nonzero local part was used
for the type HOST, IP address with all-zeros or all-ones local part
was used.
Application cannot be configured and it will fail.
