Unexpected event (state: %d, fd: %d)
Description
Requests table item state (of printed number) is invalid for event
occurred. The event is either socket activity (if 'fd' is positive,
e.g. closing of TCP connection) or internal CACHE request completion.
Internal error, application exits.
