Error converting request for ftp-proxy
Description
If the request scheme is ftp then http-proxy forwards the request to
ftp-proxy. A result from ftp-proxy is transformed into a HTTP response
and sent to the client. If the request cannot be trasformed for
ftp-proxy, this message is logged.
