Simulating connect to %s
Description
The proxy can be configured to create a TCP tunnel to the server and
pass communication between the client and the server without
interpreting it. This is similar to handling a CONNECT HTTP request.
If the http-proxy is in the simulated connect mode, it behaves like
the tcp-proxy.
