FETCHed RFC822 not a literal
Description
Each mail downloaded as data item RFC822 of a FETCH response must be
sent by the server in the form of a literal string. Strictly speaking,
IMAP4 grammar allows other forms of data, but a valid mail cannot be
represented by any of them.
