Cannot obtain lock on lock file %s (fd=%d)
Description
The proxy sometimes needs to perform synchronization of its processes,
for example, when it accesses some shared memory or accepts client
connections. Locking a shared lock file with flock() is used for this
purpose. This message means that an attempt to lock the lock has
failed.
