Continuation #%1 for %2 not found
Description
A MIME header encoded according to the RFC 2231 was received. However,
a keyword-value parameter with keyword %2 is not complete since the part
number %1 was not present.
Header is not complete and the results of matching against ACL rules may
be incorrect.
