Cannot set ALTQ queues %s, %s to fd %d

Description

Proxies use a direct interface to ALTQ traffic shaper. The interface is implemented as a setsockopt() syscall which attaches an ALTQ queue to a socket (network connection). This message informs that the syscall has failed. The proxy cannot configure traffic shaping on a network socket.
