Ignoring NTLM authentication of user %s due to LDAP error
Description
NTLM authentication returns the name of the authenticated user.
Optionally, the list of groups that the user belongs in can be
obtained via LDAP. If a LDAP request fails, the list of groups is
unknown and the authentication fails.
