Param %s value %s does not contain semicolon
Description
The smtp-proxy received an SMTP command with parameters from
the DSN ESMTP extension. Such parameters have to conform strict rules
(e.g. the ORCPT parameter value must have two parts delimited
by the semicolon). However, the parameters got had improper form.
The command is not accepted.
