Incorrect NOTIFY keywords combination
Description
The smtp-proxy received an SMTP command with parameters from the DSN
ESMTP extension, namely the NOTIFY one. For values of these parameters,
strict rules exist concerning combination of them. However, the parameter
got had improper values combination.
The command is not accepted.
