Description
Several SQL*Net servers (or precisely TNS listeners) have
buffer-overrun error when displaying too-long service name
error message. SQL*Net proxy can limit maximal service name length.
If the name is correct, the configured limit must be changed.
Protocol error, proxy closes the session.
