Cannot create lock for AProxy session table
Description
AProxy needs to store information about sessions in a block of shared
memory, because the session data must be accessible to all processes
of the proxy. Access to the shared memory is synchronized by a lock.
If the lock cannot be initialized, the proxy cannot be started.
