Only GET and PUT supported for ftp scheme
Description
If the request scheme is ftp then http-proxy forwards the request to
ftp-proxy. A result from ftp-proxy is transformed into a HTTP response
and sent to the client. This cooperation with ftp-proxy supports only
GET and PUT request methods.
