SNI inspection SSL_accept resulted in an error, assuming unknown protocol

Description

SSL_accept during SNI inspection resulted in an error so unknown protocol is assumed. Server IP address is used in ACL matching instead of hostname from the SNI inspection. URI is also left unchanged.
