Setting of %s/%s to %x failed for socket %d

Description

Function reuseport() tried to set SO_REUSEADDR option to the socket with file descriptor printed in the parenthesis, but setsockopt() syscall failed. The reason can be found in preceding KERN-100 message.

Function returns error code and application exits.
