Description
There is no server address to listen on for the particular
LISTEN-ON.TRANSPARENT item. The SERVER-ADDR elem protocol version
(IPv4 or IPv6) probably does not correspond to the family deduced
from ADDR elem, or from INTERFACE-NAME and IP-VERSION elems.
