Cannot change permissions of communication file %s

Description

For some technical reason, when a file for communication with an antivirus program is created, it has inappropriate access rights. The proxy (or the ICAP server) tries to change them properly.

If changing the rights fails, the antivirus cannot be called and client's request is aborted.
