Duplicite OOB authentication server using name %1 in HTTP-PROXY %2

Description

Every http-proxy running an out-of-band authentication server must use unique OOB-AUTH section. This message means that particular server uses the same name %1 as %2 proxy.

Check configuration of these proxies.
