OPENVPN pushing address collision: %s

Description

The ip addresses that are pushed to the clients via ifconfig-push items must be unique within each openvpn instance. For openvpn that uses TUN interface, all the the /30 network used for pushing addresses to the clients must be unique within the particular openvpn instance.
