Items PROTO, LOCAL and REMOTE must respect each other's address family
Description
Items OPENVPN.PROTO, OPENVPN.LOCAL and OPENVPN.REMOTE must respect each other's
address family. If PROTO is IPv4, LOCAL and REMOTE must not be IPv6 a vice versa.
Item REMOTE can break this rule, if the protocol is specified explicitly for it
(REMOTE.PROTO).
